I had purchased a Hero Maestro on 19.01.2017 from SITALA AUTO CARE, Naktala, N.S.C.Bose Road, Kolkata 700047, till from the beginning the scooter gets starting problem, I had visited the service center for more than 4 times but no result arrives. On day one they keep my vehicle for one full day, and handed over me the scooter after charging my battery fully. After two days when the battery drains the same problem occurs, even though I had never started the scooter with "self start" always used to start with "Kick Start" On second visit they keeps my new battery and handed over me a second hand charged battery and assured me that after replacement of the battery they will call me and exchange my battery with the new one. But till date they had never called me. Even though I managed myself with the old battery only with one condition that my scooter comes alive. On my 3rd and 4th visit to the service center they told me that I have to run my scooter for more than 20 Km / day to charge my battery and to solve the starting problem. I can't understand that if the scooter does not start then how I can run that for more than 20 km a day. If any day the scooter starts by chance (By more than 20-25 kicks) I ride that for more than 20 km. Even then also the same problem exists and now they had no excuse to tell. They never tried to look from where the problem occurs. IF I RUN A SCOOTER FOR MORE THAN 20 KM A DAY THEN HOW THE BATTERY DRAINS ITSELF IN JUST TWO DAYS. IT SEEMS CLEAR THAT WHEN THE SCOOTER IS RUNNING THE BATTERY NEVER GETS CHARGED BY ITSELF AND THUS DRAINS FASTS. Sir, I was using a Super Splendor over 10 years and had never faced a problem with that. I had a great faith over the Brand Name "HERO" for that only I had purchased Hero Maestro. I had decided to sell the scooter by whatever price the buyer will agree and also promise not to turn at HERO MOTO.
Please help.
